1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
1.1 National Coverage (Colombia)
ASM Store ships to all of Colombia, including:
✓ All departmental capitals
✓ Main municipalities
✓ Urban and rural areas
✓ Islands (San Andrés, Providencia) - extended times
There are no destination restrictions within Colombia. If your location is particularly remote, contact us to confirm coverage and delivery times.
1.2 International Coverage
ASM Store offers international shipping to:
LATIN AMERICA (Priority):
- Mexico
- Central America (Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Belize)
- South America (Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile)
- Caribbean (Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Haiti)
REST OF THE AMERICAS:
- United States
- Canada

2. DELIVERY TIMES
2.1 Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped:
- Same day if payment is confirmed before 2:00 PM (Colombia time)
- Next business day if payment is confirmed after 2:00 PM
Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding Colombian holidays)
2.2 Transit Time - Colombia
BOGOTÁ AND METROPOLITAN AREA: 1-2 business days
MAJOR CITIES (Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Bucaramanga, etc.): 2-4 business days
REST OF COLOMBIA: 5-8 business days
SPECIAL ZONES:
- San Andrés and Providencia: 6-10 business days
- Amazon, Guainía, Vaupés: 8-12 business days

3.1 National Shipping (Colombia)
FREE SHIPPING: On orders over COP $150,000
Bogotá and metropolitan area:
- Orders under COP $80,000: COP $8,000 - $12,000
- Orders COP $80,000 - $150,000: COP $6,000 - $10,000
Rest of Colombia:
- Orders under COP $100,000: COP $12,000 - $20,000
- Orders COP $100,000 - $150,000: COP $10,000 - $15,000

3.2 In-Store Pickup (FREE)
Completely free. Available the same day or next business day after order confirmation.

3.3 International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated based on destination, weight and dimensions. Rates shown at checkout.
Important: The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees at the destination country.

5. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

✓ WhatsApp notification with carrier and guide number
✓ Direct link to track your package
To track your order: contact us via WhatsApp with your order number.
6. PACKAGING
All parts are packed with:

✓ Packing list inside
7. CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the packaging - it is necessary for the claim
- Photograph the damage (box and product) before opening
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt via WhatsApp
- We will open a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or refund
If you do not report damage within 48 hours, we cannot guarantee resolution.
